How to Make Perfect Muffins

     

     If you follow my blog (and if not, you really should hit the subscribe button!) you definitely noticed that I have a "thing" for muffins. I just love them! I love baking them, experience with them, and of course eating them! What I love most about muffins is that you can have them whenever you want: for breakfast, brunch, dinner, on a road trip or they can even be a great snack for kids at school. I want to share with you a couple of tips on how to make perfect muffins. I am no expert, but baking as much as I do, I have learned some things over the years. Once you know how to make a basic muffin, you can make anything you want with them!

Pomegranate Muffins

   Today I am sharing with you my pomegranate muffins recipe. I have to admit that this vitamin-rich fruit is my new favorite fruit. I love its sweet-sour taste and for the last couple of days, I have been eating it like a crazy person. Pomegranate is my newest obsession, so I thought I could bake something delicious with it.

   Summer is officially here! 😊 And my garden is full of beautiful and delicious strawberries. I don't know about you, but I just love summer. I love taking my vitamin D every day, and I also love all the vitamins mother Earth has to offer from my garden. I am in love with strawberries and raspberries; and of course, I enjoy using them in delicious cakes, muffins, and smoothies. So today I will be sharing my recipe for these delicious strawberry muffins. 

Salty Muffins Easy Recipe

        Nowadays, it seems that muffins aren`t just muffins.    There are so many available combinations you can make, and that is amazing. You have to admit, muffins are delicious. I have a really easy recipe for salty muffins. What I love so much about this, is that it`s so easy to measure all the ingredients. All you need is a cup of yogurt :)

What can you do when you have unexpected friends just ringing your doorbell? And especially when they are looking forward to tasting some good homemade cookies or cake? I, for one, decided in 1 minute that I`ll bake some cocoa muffins, with a little whipped cream frosting. You can never fail with some freshly made muffins.
