Best Pineapple Cheesecake

     Today I am going to share with you the best pineapple cheesecake I ever made/tasted. This is truly something everyone should try. This is a very easy homemade cake recipe, especially because it's no bake. If you are not a big fan of pineapple, you can easily replace it with any fruit you want. I love trying multiple versions of one recipe until I find the perfect one. That's why I have another Pineapple Cheesecake recipe. But let me tell you, this one is way more delicious! 

No bake pineapple cheesecake

       This weekend I celebrated my birthday. Good God, do I feel so so old! It seems like I have no idea how times passes by me.
Anyway, like every year, I had some friends coming over and celebrate. Every year, I try to surprise them with a new delicious birthday cake recipe. This year, they were surprised by my quick and easy no bake pineapple cheesecake.
   Everyone was delighted about this delicious pineapple cheesecake, especially because everyone adores pineapple. And also, this is not your average sweet cheesecake. It has a very interesting sourish taste, which combines with the sweetness of the pineapple.

Crescent Cheese Rolls

   During winter and cold season, I always like to bake something. Ok, I have to admit that I am always in the mood to bake something, but I especially love that unique smell of something fresh from the oven during winter.
