Strawberry shake

Summer is here! I love summer, and sunbathing and the sun!!! And this summer it seems that I`m obsessed with shakes. I need something cold and healthy, that keeps my stomach full in the same time. I have all these yummy fruits in the garden, so shake is on my menu every day!

These days, for my breakfest I drink this amazing strawberry shake. Thank God this year I have lots of strawberries in my garden.

The ingredients I used are only 3:
  - 1 cup milk
  - about 10 medium strawberries
  - 1 tablespoon honey.

I realised that if I put ice in the shake it`s not so tasty. So before I make the shake, I put the strawberries in the freezer for about 15 minutes, so the shake will be cold. You have to try this one out! It`s simply delicious!

  1. We have been getting some fabulous strawberries here in coastal Georgia. I make my shakes the same way you do, except the strawberries are so sweet that I don't add any honey.
