No Bake Strawberry Dessert
After cooling with an amazing Banana Dessert, I thought I should try out that recipe with another fruit. As I still have fresh strawberries in my garden, they were the perfect choice for yet another delicious summery dessert: No-Bake Strawberry Dessert!
I really love these delicious summery treats, especially if I don't have to bake during these hot days. This recipe is the same as the one for the banana dessert. You will need:
- 400 gr strawberries
- 300 ml double cream.
Put 100 gr of strawberries aside, you will need them later. With the rest of them, make a fruit puree using your blender.
Take the rest of the strawberries and dice them into cubes.
Use a mixer to beat the double cream, until it's stiff. On this resulted cream, gradually add the diced strawberries and the puree. Mingle it slowly (using a spatula) until you incorporate the entire fruits.
And your dessert is done. Just keep it in the fridge for 1-2 hours and serve it cold. I have to admit that I really enjoy this recipe. It doesn't need any sugar, it's super easy to make and a very refreshing treat!
What do you say? Would you taste this delicious no-bake Strawberry Dessert? Make sure you share with your friends and family!
Happy Baking!
