I recently discovered that I think I`m developing an obsesion on milkshakes and smoothies. I`m trying to loose some weight (it`s a MUST after the Easter cake eating), and I realised that these drinks might as well be helpful.
As I`m new regarding these drinks, I don`t even know the difference between a smoothie and a milkshake (shame on me, I have some research to do).
Before even searching any recipes, I tried my own milkshake.
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 apple
- pinch of cinnamon
- a few cubes of ice
The result wasn`t quite as I expected to be. My milkshake was good, but it was like something was missing.
So, I am asking your help. Do you know any easy and quick recipes for milkshakes or smoothies? I need something healthy and still tasty.
