Tips for the recipe ingredients
Baking cakes at home may be tricky for some of us. It takes time to learn lots of things until they seem normal for us. For a cake to be good, to be great, we have to make everything right. This post will present you some tips regarding the ingredients you use in baking a cake.

- First of all make sure that all the ingredients are at room temperature. You can take them out from the fridge with even 1 hour before you start baking.
- Check on all your ingredients the expiration date. If you don`t know if the eggs are fresh, you can try them using a tip I`ve learned from my grandmother. Just put them is a bowl filled with room temperatured water. If they sink, they`re fresh, if not, maybe you should go and by other eggs.
- If you forgot to take the eggs on time out of the fridge, you can warm them up putting them in a bowl filled with lukewarm water, for about 20-25 minutes.
- You can also bring butter faster to room temperature. You just cut it into small pieces and leave it on a plate for about 15-20 minutes, and it will be ready to use.
The most important thing about the ingredients is that you follow the recipe. If you want to make the best cakes you`ve ever tasted, don`t change the recipe just because you think it might be better. The recipes were made to follow them.
