Nuts and jam cake


   This nuts and jam cake is a pretty easy cake to make, and it looks very good. You can do it for any holiday, or you just on a simple weekend when you`re in the mood to eat some good homemade cake.

    For the cake batter, you need:
- 7 egg yolks
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 vanilla sugar
- 1 teaspoon rum
- 7 spoons oil
- 8 spoons flour
   First, you mingle the egg yolks with the baking soda, vanilla sugar and rum. Then, slowly add the oil and flour. Mingle it all well. Take out of the composition two spoons, you will need it later.

  For the cream, you need:
- 7 egg whites
- 7 spoons sugar
- 250 gr ground nuts
- 1 teaspoon rum

Beat the egg whites with the sugar, then add the nuts and the rum.

When your basic cake is done, let it cool a little. Then, put a layer of jam on it. It can be as thick or thin as you want. And then put the cream.
 With the 2 spoons of composition that remained from the basic cake, we will make some kind of frosting. Knead well the composition with some flour, about 2-3 spoons, so the composition becomes thick. Then, use a scraper to decorate the cake with the resulted from dough.

Now put the cake in the oven for about 25 minutes.
